How to return all eligible item(s).

You can return all eligible item(s) within 7 days.

To do so, follow the following guidelines.

1. Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
2. Return the item to our service centres or we can pick up from you within 1 - 7 business days. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents as your proof of return.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 to 7 days into your preferred refund method.
